This page explains the information handled by the Novara Compute marketing website and its email inquiry flow.
Project inquiries
The project email builder prepares a draft in your browser. It does not submit form fields to a website backend or save them in browser storage. If you choose to email us, your email provider and our mailbox provider handle that message. We use the information you send to respond to your inquiry and discuss the project.
Website delivery
Our hosting provider processes connection information, such as IP addresses and request details, to serve and secure the website. This release does not include advertising trackers or a site analytics service.
What to include
Please share general requirements at the inquiry stage. Avoid confidential documents, training datasets, credentials, or sensitive personal information. Data handling for a customer AI engagement is agreed separately in the service terms.
Canadian AI hosting
Our customer AI compute deployment is planned for Toronto, Canada. This does not mean that website delivery or email processing is limited to Canada. Specific residency requirements must be assessed and agreed for your engagement.
